The seats were comfortable; the interior fit and finish appeared to be high quality, especially in the Laramie edition. Plus the truck just looks mean and nasty. That said, the Ram is indeed quite swift, with the Ram Sport model in sports-car territory and our Laramie easily beating most normal cars. The F-150 also has a better safety score than the Ram 1500 does. The fact that this is worth mentioning shows how little fault we could find with the rest of the truck.
Don't know why its max towing is only 9100 pounds, but most light duty truck drivers wont use their trucks to tow over 5 tons of cargo, i know i won't, and where dodge comes in; speed. Just shove the plastic end of the key into the slot and turn; the radio control will unlock the system or not. Minor changes were made to numerous areas to reduce drag, getting the 2009 Ram back to roughly the same place as the aerodynamic 1993 Rams. I thought Dodge did a great job promoting the Rams and I especially liked exploring them without having a salesman breathing down my neck. Only have 24,000 miles on it, but I have friends with over 180k and are still trucking! They just wanted someone comes even not available cars which customer wants to see it.
