However, the movie received a great deal of praise for its ability to tell a story through the eyes of a dog, and the mixed-breed pup Higgins who played Benji became one of the most famous animal actors of all time. Afterwards, Justin and Max follow Emilio into the woods, where they secretly observe a meeting between cartel members and Tyler, who tries selling stolen weapons to them. Though it presents us with another unlikely friendship between a cat named Milo and a dog named Otis, the live action aspect makes it fascinating and adorable when the two animals become separated and attempt to find each other once again.
