With each Friday the 13th sequel, the box office profits were diminishing, with the films in the series grossing nearly twice the amount of the Friday films. The idea was abandoned after the two companies failed to come to an agreement, but the concept eventually came to fruition with in 2003, after New Line had purchased the rights to the Friday the 13th franchise. The idea for this film is quite similar to that of Nightmare 3, or at least a character of Nightmare 3. Nick, who has arrived just for the party, becomes attracted to Tina, much to Melissa's chagrin. Tina becomes able to control her telekinesis in her fear-state and gives a strong showing against Jason. Plus, to make it worse, they have a plotline with a doctor trying to cure the girl with telekinesis, which makes no sense. The film is later mentioned in the novels by and by. Tina finds her mother's body shortly afterwards and uses her powers to electrocute Jason and to crash the house down on him.
So, the review shall feel a little short. The ones to be killed have sex and exhibit nudity. Tina tells Nick about Jason and has a vision of Jason murdering Michael. I don't know properly, but I feel as if the idea of this movie was conceived from Nightmare 3 and its popularity, but that's it.
