I have never heard anything as clear as them. The factory uses foam too, but it doesn't even reach the door panel rendering it useless. I decided to do this with my 1998 Chevy C1500 Pickup because someone requested a video of me changing out the rear speakers on my truck. I was done in 2 hours max.
