I have found 3 seperate fuse distribution centers. Then it got wedged between support bar and bar inside the dash. One in the fuse box and two under the dash panel. I saw a post from someone that said it was on the left side of the steering column, but I can't find anything there.
See the metal bracket holding the dash on? Is the 4 way emergency flasher working? I found the hazzard relay, but the turn relay is not to be found. On the front driver's side, look at the wheel well splash panel and you'll see one plastic pin. It is in a clip so pull it out and leave the wire hang to replace the new flasher. The metal holder is attached to the left dash main support piece which connects the dash to the left wall of the car. Lots of luck The turn signal lights on my 1991 Buick Park Avenue do not work. You will have to remove the panel under the dash to get at it. The one for the turn signals probably is bad. As long as the hazard flasher is working you can remove that one and put it in the turn signal one just to verify that is the issue.
