I took some more photos on down below with one of my other cameras, which seem way too dark, comparatively. I bought them on Oct 16th and received them today-- well, yesterday at this point-- so the shipping speed was quite reasonable. It was built and created from an idea of a snowy train layout that represents the season of gift giving. But the backdrop was still kind-of in shadow. It would also have been nice if the display window was illuminated, putting an actual glow on the glowing face of that little boy taking in all of the models on display. For someone who does not have enough budgets to spare but still want to create a perfect train track layout for your train set, then this product is what you are looking for. The interior with figures and multiple layers of printed details is very cool. This made with great sturdiness and durable plastic. The idea is to provide your track layout additional continuity and power. I also played around for a brief minute with a strip nearer to the back and angled toward the backdrop and that seemed to work pretty well too, and it wasn't as much in the way visually. The layout is designed to fit the size, tracks and movement of an N-scale train set.
Like command control, these trains still require a constant voltage to the rails. That should be possible, you could use a with a cover on it so it looks like scenery or more practically you could use an to activate a relay that turns the lights on when the train is over it. You don't need to do this if you can afford 2 different colours of wire! Several pieces of this will allow you to give power to some remote areas of your train track layout. I still wasn't about to shell out the kind of money it would take at that time to do up the whole layout with them. You can study the existing design and improve some flaws you find to fit your preference. Viewing night scenes on a model railroad is awe inspiring. Many layouts were kept up all year round.
