Eh, they made Guy more affable on this show and as the 'new baby' - everyone took a real liking to him. As a result, only drifters and fugitives inhabited Ranx, causing the city to develop a deep-seated grudge against Green Lanterns. Razer hatches a plan to employ his meditation techniques in order to block out all emotion, thus rendering them undetectable by the Manhunters. This show has done much better, like the Interceptor, Aya, and Reds vs the Manhunters.
According to Chthos-Chthas Chthais, Ranx was once a bustling port until it allowed itself to become a center for crime and vice. Another piece of what would have been a layered set up for the Sinestro Corps. The Manhunters turn and open fire, forcing the Lanterns to fall back. When Kilowog points out that it will take months, Razer explains that used a technique to calm his rage, and offers to replicate it for them. The Green Lantern Corps open fire on the shield but Aya arrives behind them. As they approach the planet's surface, automatic weaponry opens fire on the Manhunters. She immobilizes Hal, Kilowog and Razer, stating that the data of emotional beings is corrupted.
