Found fuel line contacting firewall. Will have to replace pump and get new half of the t-case housing next time it happens. Was a good truck, purchased in 2011 with 45000 miles on it, sold it with 130000 in 2013. The truck ain't worth the money. As for the lemon law, in California, it only applies to vehicles purchased at retail inside California. Hard stops with new linings can mean Continued Caution Continued premature wear and earlier replacement. Rebuilding the transmission is not going to fix the problem. I now have 19300 miles on the truck, and it is now going back for the exact same reasons — rough idle not as bad as the first time , and the start of the vibrations.
Its the way they are. Also, anytime you change from year to year, model to model, there ends up being unforseen problems that no one expected. Rear of transmission needs to be fixed. I wont lie i ride it hard sometimes but crap its awful especially going up hills or a lot of times driving norm. Seriously folks, this enters the level of insanity.
