Each time I make a visit to the store, I stand and watch as customer after customer comes in, thinking Apple takes walk-in Genius Bar appointments quickly. They just misguide meand waste my a lot time. I was in apple 1:30pm and I was finished already 3:45pm. They told me my appointment had been cancelled and advised for me to wait and someone will come see me.

Walk ins were being handled but they were waiting 90mins or more to see someone.
