Infiniti refuses to resolve any problems with the actuators or window motors, although their mechanics have stated to me several times that there is a high number of customer complaints about the same issues with their vehicles. The cables easily remove from the cable track. If nothing happens than you have to check your fuses and relays that pertain to that circuit. The sliding door lock lever needs to come out.
