The lower pan takes a hex key … and is located to the left of the pan when looking at the car from the front, the upper is a brass bolt. Loosen the drain fitting with a wrench until oil drains from the pan. There is no dipstick to check fill levels, what you do is re-install the drain plug, which is hollow. The front yoke just slips into the tailpiece drive shaft seal of the transmission and is held in place by the length of the drive shaft when completely assembled.
