Before installing the newest version of Control Manager, be sure to uninstall any previous versions from your computer. It has maximum raw input values of 0-255 and it will round I assume between two numbers, which causes the number to jump back and forth rapidly. I havent gotten much use out of the switches yet. The resolution of the lever controls is good. I previously used a well-liked flight joystick with rudder controlled by twisting the joystick handle.
