I love the Genius Bar, technicians trained to deal exclusively with Apple hardware and software.
Looking to take a MacBook Pro in and first available appointment is Saturday at 4:30. I walked in with an iPhone 6S plus. They've manipulated us very well. Nothing but making us wait at the Apple Store in Manhattan Village, and passing the buck. Thanks Mac appointments are rarer because you need a full fledged Genius to have a look.
They were on-time with my battery replacement appointment, and replacing it only took an hour. If anyone can do anything I would truly appreciate anything possible. But since Apple Stores are always so busy, you should make an appointment in advance if you want to get help. The customer at this store is Horrible. Also, as mentioned, many appts involve user training issues, and not defective equipment. What a bad business model.
Hector assisted me during my appointment and he was very nice and helpful. Overall, my experience with this store was positive and efficient. I decide against it, but keep it in mind. I will never come back to this Apple store again. Even though my visit to the store didn't go the way I planned and they didn't give me what I wanted, they still deserve those stars.
Everything is this location is very Poorly. What else could it be? I spoke with an apple care representative and they said they could mail me a phone but I wanted help with storing stuff making sure everything was right. You can also search near a city, place, or address instead. Because I needed a phone replacement. I waited in the accessory area for 20 minutes and never once got asked if I had any questions etc. Start out by visiting the site. Today was a very sad and disappointing day I really want to cry.
