My 2017 made it possible to activate a text message from the steering wheel control without taking your eyes off the road, the 2019 is a step backwards in my opinion, moreover, if I had know this was going to be the only way to send a text message, I would not have purchased this truck. Also, the vehicle will not up-shift after utilizing the transmission braking feature when descending a grade while towing. Mechanic drove it and said that was normal! About 30 days later went to accelerate to pull out from a stop sign and it was as if I blew a spark plug off. Lastly, hard to read the speedometer during the day.
Please people avoid the 2018 Dodge Ram Laramie 4x4 truck by all means!!! When I received the 2014 three-quarter-ton Ram 2500, I incorrectly assumed it wouldn't be much different than I recalled — a rocky ride, worklike interior materials and transmission shifting points skewed drastically toward towing and hauling. Any advice would be appreciated. I only care about one sale. Come to find out they cost same as Ford and Chevy new but when it's time to trade Ram, no one wants them. I am by no means exaggerating by anything other than a Dodge!!! It heads up a mountainside and then comes back down, where we picked up Mulholland Highway, another twisty two-lane with delusions of grandeur. I was at a point that I almost couldn't take it anymore as truck would surge and buck like it was misfiring.

Chrysler's recall campaign number is N19. To date my truck has been in the service shop in excess of over a 100 days. Check the belt location on all pulleys before removing the wrench. Beware of rebuilt alternators that could already have leaky rectifiers. This condition tends to occur during low speed parking lot type maneuvers when the customer is making a tight turn.

Pulled over to nearest parking lot and shifted to park. Chrysler is recalling approximately 1. The transmission feels like it is shifting, but it is not. But I love the body style and comfort of the interior.
