The driver door had the same problem, but I had it fixed. The only thing I can think of is that the dealer supplied the wrong radio code when the car was supplied. It happens all the time especially if the battery poles come loose. However, is it possible that I'm missing something? The center console is fully functional and lit up, the lack of sound is my only problem. After doing some research, I came up with two scenarios to look into: -the fuse was damaged; -or, the removal of the battery triggered a security lockdown on the car radio that requires a code to be inputted to make it operable again.

My independent tire shop had to reprogram the computer when they installed new tires on my 2011 Toyota Sienna and knew the procedure. Make sure the radio is getting power and ground.
