You'll have to remove the grill first then the bumper. I thought it was going to be hard to install but it was really easy and with this video I help you make it easier!. The bumper looks intimidating because it's so big and I though that it was going to be held in place by a ton of screws but it was just a few and the top sides actually latch on the the bottom of the head lights. Remove that wiper fluid reservoir, there's also a airbag fuse you need to unplug, and a plastic guard behind the bumper so you can reach the wires to unplug the alternator. . . .
