A friend just bought a 2010 fusion hybrid, and I was there when it was purchased. I called the Ford center and they walked me through the master reset but it did not completely reset my settings like you described in your initial posting. Have you tried to call Ford customer service? Nothing seems to be working, any ideas as to what may be wrong? This site will give you instructions on updating your system. My bluetooth was still off and it did not try to reboot the rest of my trip to work. A black screen sounds like you need to do an upgrade on your Sync system software. This puts a sour taste in the mouth for a Ford owner like myself.

I have gone through all the write-ups. The sync system is tragically flawed and I suspect that is the reason they are dumping it for the Sync 3 which is on a completely different platform. The best way I know how is to help people understand how to use the systems. My wife loses the sync to her phone everytime I open the hood. Five additional flashes at this point indicate a defective speed control servo.

With your vehicle on and running in park , go to the Settings tab in the Phone corner of the MyFord Touch. This sends all incoming calls directly to voice mail without disturbing you while you drive. In 2013 you might have been on the A-3 card and I know by about 2014 it went up to the A-4. If that fuse is blown, the switch is leaking, and should be checked. Pulling the battery cable allows the radio to run for 2 minutes almost exactly , then it shuts off and the dash behind the steering wheel says Audio Off. I have tried a master reset, no help. The touch screen works fine. Small spark is fine when connecting the battery, this just mean that the battery have charge. You will be able to make all the hands-free outgoing calls you wish. Next the entire plastic fuse assembly was pulled lose and toward me for better access. I have a 2016 Ford explorer with the same issue with a little twist.
