Happened to me just going onto an on ramp putting it into a passing gear to merge with traffic it blew for no reason. Even uphill I rarely crack 4000rpm. The vehicle came fully loaded, the features are very nice. We have three other cars and the Avalanche is everybodys favorite to travel in. Gets them off the ground and is very comfortable as well.
