Electrically there could be a couple of things preventing regular starting. The only problem I had is that I couldn't hand tight the air separator valve knob the black knob on top of the filter with a small rubber pipe attached in the middle of it , after bleeding the filter, the fuel was pouring out!!!!! Strange, but it would occur often after refueling, and included an of again and on again buzz from the bottom of the fuel tank. We used a wrench combo that included a foot-long extension and two U-joints to make undoing the Torx bolts relatively painless. I won't guess, I will patiently await a reply. It's to get water out of the fuel filter while the van is not in motion. I did replace the 2 o-rings, and it does fit snuggly in the filter but it still leaks.
