Headlights and dash lights are working normally, and there are not clicking noises. If the rotor needs to be removed the a 19mm socket is required to remove the caliper bracket so the rotor can be taken off the hub. If all the fuses check Ok, then check the brake switch, it should be located under the dash just follow the brake pedal all the way up into the dash and the switch should be there next to the pedal. You don't want the bulb with the tabs. Look at the bulbs while out, there are 2 complete filaments, are they all the same, look into your receptacles, clean out any green stuss and wash with contact cleaner, examine the leads as much as you see and check for obvious problems.
